Social Media - Ski Resorts Doing It Differently

I was at a chamber of commerce event last night where I had several business folks ask me, "What is social media." I was a bit surprised. Social media is the animal that businesses, especially small businesses, have heard about, but are still not using (if you don't count email and many are still not using email marketing). But the undeniable force of social media use is here and is stealing customers/dollars from traditional print media. Hopefully, some of the folks at the event last night will take a look at this video from Ad Age/Vail Ski Resorts and think a bit.
